1. Who we are

The People's Therapeutics ("we," "us," "our") is a plant products company based in Oakland, California. This policy explains what we do with information collected through thepeoplestherapeutics.com and any forms on it.

This policy does not cover GPCOR, the independent registry running the Flavin Plus consumer panel, or any other site we link to. When you leave this site to sign up for the panel, the privacy terms of that site apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Health information and the consumer panel

Please don't send us medical information through this website. The forms on this site are not designed or secured for protected health information. If you include medical details anyway, we will handle them with care, but they will not receive the protections that apply inside a clinical trial system.

Sign-up, consent to take part, and all panelist records for the Flavin Plus consumer panel are handled by GPCOR, an independent registry, in a system built for that purpose. We are a participating company. We do not hold your participant records, and information you give GPCOR is governed by GPCOR's privacy notice and by the agreement you sign with them, not by this policy.

Asking for updates on this website does not enroll you in the panel and does not create a medical relationship between you and us.

5. Cookies and analytics

A successor, if our company is acquired, merged or reorganized

7. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as required by law or our record-keeping obligations.
